Customers are responsible for
all shipping fees which are not refundable.
Orders that have shipped and
are refused or undeliverable and returned to us will incur a
additional 20% restock fee.
If we have already run the credit
card charge but have not yet shipped the product, a 10% service
fee will be applied against the order total. In other words,
we will issue a credit for 90% of the order total.
As long as the credit card charge
has not been run, there is no service fee for order cancellations.
