Special Order Seat Cover Policy

Please be advised that the item you are about to order 
is a special order only item. This item may be returned in the 
unlikely case of factory defect for repair or replacement.

This includes:

Tailor Made or Modified Sheepskin seat covers. 
Tailor Made Australian Sheepskin seat covers.
1 Year Warranty on Craftsmanship. Craftsmanship includes: 
all seams, straps and fleece separation.
Sun Fade: Due to the nature of sheepskin, we cannot be 
responsible for normal color fade from exposure to sunlight.
In the unlikely event that warranty work is required,
the seat covers must be cleaned before correction. Any debris 
that may have collected in the seat covers can be destructive 
to sewing machines and could be a health hazard to our employees. 
Therefore Sheepskin cleaning service would be required as follows:
Bucket Seat cover: $28.00 per seat cover. 
Bench Seat cover:$56.00 per seat cover. 
Pelts: $28.00 each.

All custom made to order seat covers: In the unlikely event of a claimed factory defect or error, the customer will be responsible for return freight to ship the product back to our mfg. facility for inspection with the required return authorization number. However, after examination, if we determine that the reason for return is due to a mfg. defect or a shipping error, ie; our fault, (unlikely as we have the finest quality control in this industry), we will refund the freight cost for the return and will repair or replace and reship the seat covers at no charge. Any return must initially be sent freight prepaid signature required. All returns must have prior approval and have a assigned (RA) return authorization number. Any return sent without this required RA number will be refused. Any return made for credit will have a 20% restock fee applied against the credited amount. Returns will not be authorized after 30 days. Merchandise sent back without a RA# will be returned to sender. No returns on merchandise without a Return Authorization Number. If a return is needed please contact us for instructions and the required return authorization number. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees which are not refundable.
 
Color match to specific models is neither guaranteed nor implied and may vary according to computer screen monitor settings.
 
Exact fit seat covers orders cannot be canceled once they have entered production and refunds cannot be issued at that point. These seat covers are special order only, made to order, and are not a stocked item.
 
Credit will not be issued for any unauthorized return. Delivery times are estimated based on yearly averages and may vary due to current production schedules. Exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed nor is this implied. We make every attempt to honestly estimate all delivery times. Delivery time estimates are calculated from the date the credit card charge is processed and the order is entered into the production schedule. Average delivery time on made to order seat covers varies typically between 2 and 3 weeks. Off the shelf fit, Elegant and Semi-Custom seat covers will typically deliver in 7-10 business or work days.
