Console / Cargo Storage Return Policies

Consoles / Cargo Storage Units must be returned free from any shipping damages, defects, unused and in saleable condition. Returned items must have a return authorization number and must be shipped in the original packaging. Any item received without the original packaging will be subject to an administrative fee of $20.00 per item.

Console returns are subject to a 20% restock fee.

Console organizers that shipped on a freight free sale - 30% restock fee.

Merchandise sent back without a R.A.# are refused and returned to sender.

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees and are non-refundable.

No returns on merchandise without a Return Authorization Number

Returns will not be authorized after 30 days from date of order.
