No returns on merchandise without a Return Authorization#

Returns will not be authorized after 30 days from date of order.

Merchandise sent back without a RA# will be returned to sender.

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees and are non-refundable.

In the event you need to make a product return, please click here to contact our return dept. for return instructions. Be sure to include your last name, zip code, and reason for return. Return instructions will be emailed to you within 48 hours. Please wait for their reply before making your return. Returns cannot be authorized by telephone, sorry.

In the event that you do not have email access, we can fax of mail the return instructions to you. If this is the case, please click here for contact information.

As long as the product is returned in like new condition, we will issue a full credit to the same credit card used for purchase less original shipping cost and subject to applicable restock fees. If the order was paid by check we will issue your refund by check. Credit will not be issued for return of damaged goods. Please allow 2-3 business weeks for the return credit to be processed.

 International orders: Customers are responsible for all duty and customs fees and will be billed by us for these fees in the event that they are not paid for directly by the customer.
