returns on merchandise without a Return Authorization number.
Returns will not be authorized after 30 days from date of order.
Merchandise sent back without a Return
Authorization number will be returned to sender. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees
and are non-refundable.The initial freight to ship any Softopper
is $33.00 regardless of any sale that is running at the time
the order is placed and will not be refunded under any circumstance.
If a return authorization is requested, the $33.00 freight cost
will be deducted from the original order total. Softopper freight
to AK and Hawaii will not be credited. A 10% restock fee will
then be applied against the remaining credit due to cover the
cost of processing the initial credit card charge and issuing
a credit for the return. The Softopper
is a Truly Excellent, Well Engineered product that performs flawlessly
for many many years. |
