Softopper Return Policy

If a return is needed please contact us for instructions.

No returns on merchandise without a Return Authorization #

Returns will not be authorized after 30 days from date of order.

Merchandise sent back without a RA# will be returned to sender.

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees and are non-refundable.

The initial freight to ship any Softopper is $30.00 regardless of any sale that is running at the time the order is placed and will not be refunded under any circumstance. If a return authorization is requested, the $30.00 freight cost will be deducted from the original order total. Additionally, Softopper freight to AK and Hawaii will not be credited.
