In the highly unlikely event of a factory defect or error, (we sell only the best quality storage consoles in our industry), the customer will be responsible for return freight to ship the product back to our facility for inspection with the required return authorization number. However, after examination, if we determine that the reason for return is due to a mfg. defect or a shipping error, ie; our fault, we will refund the freight cost for the return and will repair or replace and reship the replacement at no charge. Any return must initially be sent freight prepaid signature required. All returns must have prior approval and have a assigned return authorization number. Any return sent without this required RA number will be refused and returned to sender. Returns will not be authorized after 30 days from date of order. No returns on merchandise without a Return Authorization Number. If a return is needed, please contact us for instructions and the required RA#. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees. Credit will not be issued for any unauthorized return. Delivery times are estimated based on yearly averages and may vary due to current production schedules. Exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed nor is this implied. We make every attempt to honestly estimate all delivery times. Delivery time estimates are calculated from the date the credit card charge is processed. Average delivery time on consoles is 5-7 business days. Consoles and, Cargo Storage Units must be returned free from any shipping damages, defects, unused and in saleable condition. Returned items must have a return authorization number and must be shipped in the original packaging. Any item received without the original packaging will be subject to an administrative fee of 20.00 per item. Console returns are subject to a 20% restock fee. Console organizers that shipped on a freight free sale 30% restock fee. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees and these fees are non-refundable. All orders placed for the underseat storage console DuHa are oversized and a oversized shipping fee of 10.00 is added to all these shipments.
