Seat Cover Policy
  Tailor-made seat covers are made-to-order items that are returnable in the case of factory defect for repair or replacement. There is a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase against defects.

In the unlikely event of a factory defect or error, the customer will be responsible for return freight to ship the product back to us for inspection with the required return authorization number.

If we conclude that the reason for the return is due to a defect or a shipping error, we will issue a call tag for the item. We will repair or replace, and will reship the seat covers at no charge.

Any seat cover that requires an RA# will be refitted to the original seat pattern and examined carefully per your request as to fit and quality. Returns must have prior approval and have an assigned (RA) return authorization number. Merchandise sent back without an RA# will be refused and returned to the sender. Returns will not be authorized after 30 days. If a return for warranty repair is required, the shipment must be shipped prepaid by the customer with the required RA#. After the repair is completed, we will reship the item at no charge. If a return is required, please contact us for instructions and the required return authorization number.

Color match to specific models is neither guaranteed nor implied and may vary according to computer screen monitor settings. Exact fit seat covers orders cannot be canceled once they have entered production and refunds cannot be issued at that point. These seat covers are made to order, and not a stocked item. Credits for any tailored, made to order seat cover will not be issued.

Any request to change a tailor-made seat cover order, after the order is scheduled for production, will incur a 10% order change fee.

Delivery times are estimated based on yearly averages and may vary due to current production schedules. Exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Average delivery time on tailor-made to order seat covers is 3-4 weeks.

Modified off the shelf fit seat covers cannot be returned for credit and may take 2-3 weeks to complete the modifications before shipment.

Off the shelf, unmodified seat covers will typically deliver in 7-10 business days. Unmodified off the shelf fit seat covers may be returned for a credit with the required RA# within seven days from the date of delivery.

There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned items, and the original shipping fee will not be credited.
